SYNOPSIS
Raised by an overly protective wulfkin pack, Daciana leaps at the chance to venture into the human world for her one-year independence ritual. But after someone steals the endangered bear cubs she’s been assigned to protect, she must locate them or lose her job and return home in disgrace. The sexy inspector on the case isn’t making this any easier. He knows nothing of her kind, and wulfkin rules forbid relationships with humans.
Newly divorced Inspector Connell Lonescu trusts no one but himself. He’s convinced relationships are a waste of time and thinks burying himself in work will ease the pain. Yet he’s attracted to the gorgeous and mysterious Daciana, even if there’s something slightly odd about her. Can Connell learn to trust the sexy but secretive woman?
Cloaked is the prequel to Cloaked in Fur, book 1 in The Wulfkin Legacy Series. Find out how Daciana and Connell fell in love and set in motion the paramount events that forever change their lives and those around them.

Please welcome author TF Walsh, who took the time to have an interview with Fabulous and Fun!
Thanks for having me on your blog 🙂
Interview:
Why did you decide to become a writer?
I grew up listening to bedtime Romanian stories that could only be compared to the Brothers Grimm tales, and ever since then folklore and mythology has fascinated me. These influences have trickled into my stories, and in particular Cloaked & Cloaked in Fur, which are based in Transylvania—a place seeped in legends. Now, when it comes to love, I’m a sucker for stories about two people from different worlds falling madly in love and fighting against the odds to stay together. This is the story I wanted to tell in Cloaked in Fur; showing how far someone was willing to go to hold onto true love.
Who/what are your writing inspirations?
Definitely my dad, who is a well known poet and author in Romania. He’s always inspired me to write from the heart:)
What are your favorite genres to read?
Paranormal Romance, Horror, YA Fantasy
Favorite writing food / snack?
Writing food includes a big bottle of water, cup of Earl Grey tea, and the occasional chocolate:)
What do you hope readers take away most from your writing?
The vastness of Romania, and other European countries, in particular their legends and myths. There is so much to explore in the world.
Who’s the favorite character of yours that you’ve written and why?
That’s a hard one, because I love all my characters as I write them. Right now I’m writing book 3 of The Wulfkin Legacy series, and the main characters, Marcin and Selena, are my favorite. There is so much spark between these two that I can’t wait to share their story with everyone.
What is your writing style? Outliner/Planner or Seat of the Pantser?
A plotter. I need to know where the story is going, what I want to happen at the end, and who the characters are before I start writing.
If someone wanted to become a writer, what tips would you give to them?
Join a writing group and find critique partners. Don’t be scared to share your written work because that’s the only way you’ll improve as a writer.
Have you ever purchased something from a late-night infomercial? If so, what?
Yes! They are lock ‘n’ lock containers for the kitchen. I’m just obsessed with them. hehe
If you could collaborate with any other author(living, dead, or undead) who would that be and why?
Laurell Hamilton. Enough said.
If you weren’t a writer, what would you do?
Graphic designer.
Coke, Pepsi, or?
Neither. I don’t do soft drinks. Tea is my elixir.
What’s one thing people should know and/or don’t know about you?
For eight years I did gymnastics. Most of those years were while we lived in Romania. During our last year in the country, just before we moved to Australia, I had won a championship. Because of the complication with the way my father had ‘left’ Romania a year earlier (communist during this time), the officials refused to award me any medals or acknowledgment of a win.
Is there a character that has the most “You” in them? Or the opposite of you?
I have to say that would be Daciana has the most amount of me in her. She will always have a special place in my heart since she was the first character I worked with for a long time before the Cloaked in Fur was published.
If we lived in a Fahrenheit 451 culture, which book would you want to memorize?
Wow… Not sure I could ever pick just one book, though my thoughts does go straight to historical texts, or perhaps a mythology encyclopaedia. That’s possible, right?? LOL
Has anyone written a fan fiction based on your work?
Not yet, but I’m hoping someone does one day.
