Fabulous and Fun Review Policy: We will respond to all review & interview requests, whether we do them or not. If you do not get a response right away feel free to send follow up emails in a reasonable time frame, but we reserve the right to not reply to invitations we are uninterested in.
Our policy for book reviews is to give honest reviews. We understand that there are certain things that do not appeal to us in books that others may like, and we will try to point out what we personally perceive as strengths or weaknesses in the book. All reviews are 100% our personal opinions.
We will only post fair and honest reviews of books we have purchased, borrowed, been gifted or have received as ARCs or review copies.
We are a book blog team, but a review request may not be read/reviewed by both of us. Books that are reviewed by us both, may or may not have the same rating.
We can post our reviews here on our website and GoodReads.
If you would like to request a review contact us here.

Rating Scale
One star– Personally did not like it. we didn’t like this book, realize other people may enjoy the work. A review that we leave for a one star book will always be constructive and not inflammatory.
Two stars — It was OK. There were moments of brilliance here, but we just didn’t find a follow-through. These books are just the “meh” books– they don’t inspire passion either way.
Three stars– Entertaining. These are books that we enjoyed but won’t cherish. we might recommend someone checking them out at the library or buying them used, but may tell others it’s not worth full price.
Four stars–Close awesome level. These are books that are very good. Most likely, books at this level we find well-written and well-thought out, but perhaps don’t appeal to us as deeply as it might to others. These are books that are still re-read material and will not be going back to the bookstore for used book credit.
Five stars–Amazing! The best of the best. My favorites that we foresee being on my bookshelf for years to come. The equivalent to a standing ovation.
