Going down memory lane here is a throwback post to the Authors in the OC. We attended this wonderful event for two incredible years in a row, in both 2015 and 2016, and it was an absolute blast. We had the pleasure of meeting some truly amazing authors who shared their insights and stories with us, and we made lasting friendships along the way. It was also a fantastic opportunity to connect in person with friends we had previously met in Facebook reader groups, turning online connections into real-life memories that we cherish to this day.
In 2016 we got to see one of our favorite authors again – Renee Carlino. Other authors in attendance this year were TK Leigh, Angie Brashers, Liv Morris, and Anie Michaels.
In 2015 we met up with Facebook friends and saw authors that included Kimi Flores, Ella James, Amy Harmon, and Trisha Baylor. If I am remembering correctly this was the event we went to that one of the authors recognized Mike from one or the reader groups we are in on Facebook and said “It’s Mike!” lol we looked around wondering who she was referring to before realizing it was him.
