I received a copy of this book for my honest opinion.
I have enjoyed reading Fractured Heart. The writing is well done and the characters are ones that you can relate to. I felt an instant connection with Katy. The pain of all that loss she has been through is hard to overcome. I enjoy the relationship between Katy and her best friend Faye. They are there for each other and support each other. There is a lot of emotion in this book, it really makes you feel and think. I don’t want to spoil anything, so I won’t name what the occurrences were, but I liked how people, items, and circumstances surrounding Katy came through as connected to other people that Katy crosses path with and were involved in her life in some way. I liked how through all the pain and suffering that Katy endured she was able to pull through and be strong.
Krystle is a full time stay at home mom with a passion for reading and writing. Currently, she lives in Florida on an island with her husband and two young boys. Writing has always been something she loved to do, but she had to step away from it for awhile. The pull was too great, so today she writes as if it were a living breathing part of her, and she loves every moment of it.
Fractured Heart is the first in The Redemption Series. It is also Krystle’s debut novel.
